Phares Engineering Ltd completed an office refurbishment to the buildings that make up the Stoneham Park Estate, Eastleigh. New Midea VRF heat recovery air conditioning services and fresh air heat recovery systems were utilised on these design and build projects.
Other mechanical services that were delivered included a complete upgrade to the public health services, extract services and LPHW heating services throughout the park.

This new Hotel Chocolat 430,000ft2 distribution warehouse in Northampton includes a factory shop, café and office suites which we fitted out with Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery air conditioning, fresh air heat recovery services and public health services, benefitting both customers and back of house office and distribution personnel.

We completed the fit out and refurbishment of this 224,000 square foot cold storage facility for a British multinational supermarket chain. The existing ammonia-charged cold store system was completely overhauled and bought up to current regulations including 36 ammonia gas leak detectors.

Phares Engineering Ltd planned an innovative, Formula One pitstop-style weekend project to replace the rooftop air handling units on two buildings at Farnborough Business Park.
