Phares Engineering Ltd planned an innovative, Formula One pitstop-style weekend project to replace the rooftop air handling units on two buildings at Farnborough Business Park. This approach meant minimal disruption for the landlord and tenants. Despite delays due to inclement weather and Air Traffic Control restrictions, we completed the project successfully thanks to two precision crane lifts and a fantastic team of very skilled workers.
