This is not just any refurbishment, this is a Phares Engineering refurbishment! We completed the fit out and refurbishment of this 224,000 square foot cold storage facility for a British multinational supermarket chain. The existing ammonia-charged cold store system was completely overhauled and bought up to current regulations including 36 ammonia gas leak detectors.
The office suites were refurbished with new VRF Air conditioning, mechanical fresh air heat recovery and public health services.
