Phares undertook the design and installation of new air conditioning systems, utilising modern fresh air heat recovery units. With the Gurdwara Sahib in Leamington Spa being built over 10 years ago the mechanical services were due an upgrade. Modern technology has allowed for more reliable energy systems to be used to cool large spaces and as such, we undertook a re-design of the cooling systems.
